The Bento Dentist Portal has numerous reporting features.
If you wish to view payment information:
1. Login to the Bento Dentist Portal
2. Go to the "Reports" tab and the top of the Bento Dentist Portal
3. Enter the date window you wish to review under the "Payments from Bento" heading.
4. Press the "Download Report" button.
If you wish to view In-House plan performance and information:
1. Login to the Bento Dentist Portal
2. Go to the "Plans" tab and the top of the Bento Dentist Portal
3. From the "Plans" tab, click "Manage Plan & View Performance"
4. From the Manage Plan & View Performance Screen you have access to a few different reports & metrics. From top to bottom:
- The "View Plan Overview" and "View Plan Document" will allow you to download a copy of a summary of the plan, and an example of the plan document, respectively.
- "Close Plan to New Members" allows you to close the membership of a particular plan to new patients.
- "Plan Status" informs you of whether the plan is active or not.
- "Total Plan Revenue to Date" is the total dollar amount brought into your practice from the given plan.
- "Current Membership" reports the total number of patients on the plan.
- "In-Office Plan Membership Report" allows you to input a date in the box, and then download a membership report.
