If your are in an enrollment period, download the app, tap Sign Up and enter in your information to complete the signed up process.
After receiving your Bento ID, select Enroll in Available Benefit and enter in your payment information. Once entered, you will be fully enrolled in your Group Access Plan.
If already enrolled in your group's access plan, download the app, Sign Up, and then add a payment method. You will have also received a welcome email when your access plan started.
You will now have the ability to search for in-network dentists, refer out-of-network dentists to Bento, and review receipts of dental services.
