What happens to a patients benefit dollars when a Bento member does not use their full annual dental maximum?

When an employer uses Bento to administer a group dental plan that employer determines what will happen with excess funds. Some of our customers opt for a carryover, while others keep the money in their bank accounts. Because we don't hold any money (we facilitate its movement), the company keeps the money until your team renders a procedure.
