Cannot find doctor or location to create a new appointment

If you cannot select a doctor or location when creating a new appointment in the dentist portal, make sure they have been added under "Locations & Doctors".

If a doctor already has been added to your Bento Dentist Portal but you cannot select the provider for a particular location, make sure that the provider is linked with the desired location by going to "Edit" under the provider's record on "Locations & Doctors"
