Finding a patient in Bento is as easy as a Google search. All you will need to enter is the patient's date of birth or member ID and last name. The Bento member record will immediately display, and providers can see benefit status as well as a full plan breakdown by selecting "View".
Once you find the patient, you can either set up a new appointment, add a payment method, or generate a new estimate, which is communicated directly to the member via the Bento Dental mobile app.
