How do patients create their Bento member account?

To create a FREE Bento account (for Bento patient member)

1. Download the Bento Dental app for iOS or Android
2.  Click “Create a new account”
3. Select the patient types (Employer/Group, Healthshare, or Individual). Use Individual if signing up for an in-office plan.
4. Enter your email and create a password
5. Add your personal information, SSN, and payment info
