For Employer Plans: In the Bento app, select "Enroll in an available benefit" and complete the steps to enroll in your employer plan to become active.
For Individual + Family Plans: select "Enroll in an available benefit" and select the self-pay option. Enter your credit card information to activate your coverage. You will not be billed unless services are performed at a dentist office.
